My main source was my client Jewish jentalman That made alyia to Israel I was asked to design a 5 stars hotel + I wanted to achive a modern classical design That is minimalistic for all of his list - and less heavy style like his houses back home This apt designed for him And the guests\ family coming over sea I was asked to design a 5 star hotel + classic, modern and minimalist design suitable for hosting his family. Project: A contractor's apartment was designed to the client's dimensions. Overcoming the existing design for the final product. The apartment includes a kosher kitchen, entrance foyer and accessible bathrooms. Work and hospitality rooms. A spacious living room with storage for holy things and a wine fridge. The main space contains an entrance foyer and guest toilet, a spacious kosher kitchen, a pull-out dining area, a pampering living room with a concealed wine refrigerator and holy books and an exit to the balcony. The space of the rooms is separated from the main space by an 8-meter long carpentry wall that overcomes the design of a contractor's apartment, the carpentry wall is built of storage cabinet cladding and a secret foyer that leads to the rooms. A central suite that includes a running room, walk-in closet and work area, plus 3 guest rooms, one of which functions as an office. Bathroom with the best upgrades and utility room.
